Do you ship internationally?
We are currently only offering free domestic shipping. We are working on rolling out international shipping ASAP, although it won't be free at this time due to import fees and tariffs which are the customer's responsibility.

Do you clean pieces prior to shipping?
All pieces get a wipe down to the best of our ability prior to shipping. We are happy to sanitize upon request.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days after the delivery date. We expect the item to be returned in the same condition it was received in, unless there was damage to the item during shipment, which we must be notified of within 24 hours of receiving. Please note that because these items are pre-loved, minimal wear and imperfections are usually present and do not qualify as return for a damaged item. Please view our full refund and return policy.

How do you package fragile items?
Protecting your pieces are the #1 priority, so we carefully pack them with tissue paper and compostable packing peanuts, meaning yes, you could sprinkle them in your yard and they would melt back into the Earth. 

Where do you source your items from? 
We source in person and online, working with handpicked sellers, secondhand stores or directly with estate sales. We do our very best to give you an effective history of your item and how it was made. Within the secondhand market some items can be misrepresented to us, so we do our best to verify all of the information presented to you on our site per each product. We appreciate any product feedback or insight you can offer to help better our business.

How do I best care for my materials?
Each product page contains care details for each type of material we source with. Common recommendations include:

  • Stone (travertine, marble): wipe with a soft cloth and avoid harsh cleaners

  • Metal: polish gently when needed and avoid prolonged moisture

  • Wood: dust regularly and avoid direct sunlight or water exposure

  • Shell / delicate materials: wipe gently with a dry cloth
